Los Pittsburgh Steelers y el corredor estrella Le'Veon Bell no lograron llegar a un acuerdo sobre un contrato a largo plazo, lo que significa que Bell jugará con ellos solo un año más, en esta temporada.

"Desafortunadamente, no pudimos aceptar términos sobre un contrato a largo plazo con Le'Veon Bell antes del plazo de hoy", dijo el gerente general de Steelers, Kevin Colbert, en un comunicado.

Pittsburgh colocó la etiqueta de la franquicia en Bell en marzo y tuvo hasta el lunes por la tarde para elaborar un nuevo acuerdo, el cual no pudo aterrizar según las expectativas del jugador.
